Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive Steiner-based modality that evolved from the traditions of Osteopathy. It is a whole-body therapy designed to expand your system’s natural capacity for self-repair.
At its core, BCST works directly with the central nervous system to support your body’s innate healing potential. When we experience stress or injury, the fluid and tissue relationships necessary to sustain our health can become restricted. Using a light, still touch, a practitioner listens to the intrinsic biorhythms within your body, helping to resolve deep-seated tension patterns and restore a sense of ease.
BCST is tangible, effective, and most importantly honors your personal pacing. I believe that when provided with the right support, every body naturally orients toward health.
The Connection: Each session begins with a brief dialogue to discuss your health history and current concerns, ensuring the work is tailored to your needs.
The Setting: BCST is a fully clothed modality (not a massage). I recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so you can fully relax.
The Experience: You will typically lie face-up on a massage table while the practitioner maintains a light, supportive contact to facilitate your body’s transition into a state of deep rest and realignment.
